"This past year has been challenging for everyone in various ways. So many of the simple pleasures we took for granted are not allowed in this time and we have been surrounded by many conflicting emotions. The restaurant industry has dealt with a lot of challenges this year and I’ve felt myself in a sort of tough-girl mode, just thinking about how to pivot, all of our employees who are being effected, the decisions that have been made that didn’t seem right, etc, etc,.
