I’m a mother of three older children and I understand the value of capturing creative fine-art portraits that you will treasure forever. My portrait sessions are more than a quickly captured photograph. They are a carefully planned experience where I creatively capture the essence and individuality of my subject. If photographing more than one, I reveal the emotional connection amongst the special relationships within a family. You never have to worry about how to pose as I will gently direct you so you always look your absolute best.

I have a small, light-filled studio in Aspen, Colorado, where my photography allows me to build meaningful connections within our vibrant mountain community.
In my family portraits, I tell the unique visual story of the deep bonds that exist between parents, siblings, and couples. Every family is different, and my work aims to celebrate the special dynamics and shared narratives that make each one extraordinary.
Light, posing and composition are carefully considered, yet I remain open to capturing those candid, in-between moments that reveal a true, authentic expression blending a contemporary feel with a sense of timelessness. I strive to balance my love for the outdoors, family life, and artistic passion with a dedication to creating compelling, fine-art portraits.
Above all, I aim to provide my clients with an enjoyable experience while delivering fine-art portraits that become treasured heirlooms—beautifully framed pieces, and custom-designed albums that honor life’s precious moments and bring joy to my clients every day.

I’m an artist, a skier, a baker. The Roaring Fork Valley is my home, and the mountains are my playground. I value my time outdoors and being active just as much as I love my work and creative practices. What makes me uniquely suited to working with Michéle is my dedication to listening to and connecting with our clients. I want everyone that comes through our studio to think of me as a friend and a creative collaborator. To me, the photographs we keep—whether displayed on our walls or preserved in albums—help us remember where we’ve been and inspire us to keep shaping a beautiful life. I strive for that every day, whether I’m hiking Highlands Bowl, designing your next album cover, or baking banana bread. It’s all in the pursuit of genuinely connecting to this crazy beautiful world.
